Prior to recently moving back home to NJ, I worked at a Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility within a luxury retirement community in FL. I welcomed and oriented patients being admitted to the facility, and followed up with them daily to ensure a pleasant stay. I also served as a liaison between patients/families and facility staff (Nursing, Physical Therapy, Housekeeping, Dining, etc.). I worked with patients 65-100 years old with a variety of physical and cognitive diagnoses. It brought me great joy to provide excellent Customer Service and Hospitality to patients and their families! Additionally, I briefly worked for a company called Papa, in which I provided companionship, light cleaning, and tech assistance to seniors within their homes!
