Steph is the one of the few I feel completely comfortable with caring for my 19 month old and my 3.5 year old. She also took care of my son as an infant. I always get positive reports and my kids love her and her kids. Her house is always clean and organized. She does activities with the kids and sends me pictures. I just can't recommend her enough!
