I have 14 years of childcare experience! I find immense joy in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. My childcare philosophy revolves around creating a supportive and loving environment where children feel seen, heard and valued. I believe in fostering curiosity, independence, and a sense of security that allows each child to flourish. I speak primarily Spanish and I am looking for a long term position. I love children and have extensive and positive references from all of my prior employer families. I worked with my prior family for over 6 years and prior to that worked for a family for 4 years.
