I first got involved in senior care taking care of my mother who lived to be 100+. She lived in her own home and I would take her shopping, doctor appointments cook meals, sit and have coffee with her, take her to church and so much more. That's when I started to love taking care of seniors. Since then I have done similar jobs for two senior women. I am full of energy but tone it down when I'm around seniors. I am punctual and very dependable.
