About Sydney

Hi! I'm Sydney and I have been a caregiver for over 10 years. When I was 12, my brother was born, and his dad wasn't in the picture. I stepped up to the role of "co-parent" w/my mom. I was his caregiver until he was 13 years old. This experience really "bred" me for becoming a fantastic caretaker, and shaped me into who I am today. I continued picking up part-time babysitting gigs until I was 18, when I got my first full-time nannying job caring for a 2 and 4-year-old. I've cared for children of all ages, ranging from 0-12 years old. When my nephew was born, I also cared for him regularly during his first year and a half of life. I love spending time with kiddos, being a part of their learning and development, and working with parents to make sure their kids are growing into happy and healthy people. I am also a musician and a certified life-coach! I'm all about self reflection, growth, and acceptance and I also hope to pass these values along to any child I care for.
