I'd describe my personality as responsible, detail oriented, and approachable. I like working with kids because they look at the world with genuine curiosity and I think when you become an adult, sometimes you forget to appreciate and notice the little things. I like to foster their creativity by encouraging them to try new things, whether that's tomatos or making a fun craft. I also understand the importance of adult supervision and guidance for safety and learning new skills. I'm looking for a job that requires multitasking and responsibility. I take my roles seriously because I understand the importance of how you interact with kids and how you respond to unexpected situations. I consider myself a problem solver that has the patience and care required for such an important role.
