Hi! I'm Sydney. I love nature, reading, traveling, music, animals, and spending time with friends and family. I'm a proud auntie of a 3-year-old and 5-month-old! Educational, professional, and personal experience have provided me with a strong foundation for child care. After earning my Bachelor's degree, I began my career in Child Welfare Case Management at National Youth Advocate Program in Jacksonville, Florida where I worked closely with infants, children, and teens of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities. It was during my time in this role that I discovered a passion for the field of social work and decided to further my education in order to learn how to better serve my community. I recently spent time teaching children aged 12-18 at an English language school in Arequipa, Peru. I love working with children of all ages, in all capacities. Children are the future and I am a firm believer in the importance of nurturing them.

We just love Sydney! Z. loves her too! Sydney is a charming, sweet, young lady. Has the energy and patience to keep up with our 11 month old. She keeps her entertained and always has a smile!
