About Tabitha

I have been a summer volunteer at an Animal Rescue facility since 2005 as both a cat socialize and a dog walker. I took the cats out of their cages and played with them. I took the dogs out of their cages to pens outside and played fetch with them, cleaned up after them, and gave them the love they deserve. I also take care of my neighbor's cat for many years when he goes away on business trips. I play with the cat, feed her, and scoop and fully change the litter box. I also water the plants, get the mail, and take out the trash. Additionally, I have a 10-year-old Chihuahua mix that I walk, feed, play, and cuddle with! I also give him heart worm and flea medicine (pills and gel) every month. While I was in the Peace Corps, I adopted a stray dog who I brought back to the US with me. I socialized her from being a very aggressive street dog to an absolute sweetheart now who is perfectly housebroken and just the best! I also have had a pet bunny, hedgehog, fish, and hermit crabs.
