About Taia

I like working with kids because watching them grow, be their own person and showing their personalities is what a child should be striving to do when comfortable. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, considerate, and is a positive work environment. I started working with kids when I was 20 years old, I had just started out as a registered behavioral technician as my first time working with children with autism. During high school, I would babysit during the summer for friends and family. In my spare time, I like to sit in my hammock chair outside, enjoy the fresh air, and spending time with my dogs and fiance. One thing you should know about me is I am very patient when it comes to learning new things, I'm a very quick learner and always hands-on. I'm a good listener and very understanding. My skills include teaching new skills in an environment or with novel people. Being effective and efficient. Being a good listener and pairing with children or people.
