Greetings and thank you for taking the time to read my profile in hopes of finding a wonderful care-taker for your loved one. There are times in everyone's life were we just need an extra helping hand and I can provide that for you and your family. I reside in Columbia, MD with my 8-year-old son and our two cats. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant/Geriatric Nursing Assistant by the Maryland State Board of Nursing as well as CPR and First Aid licensed. I have 10 years experience working in the healthcare setting as well as working with children of all ages including learning disabilities. Having an 8-year-old son myself, I understand that having the RIGHT nanny is essential in a child's life and one that encourages growth, development and individuality is extremely important. When it comes to my son, I am very cautious in who I allow to care for him in my absence. My son is my world and I am his. This is why I would like interested families to pick the nanny that fits their family's style and needs, not just the one in your preferred age range or location as well. If you and you're family have a particular daily ritual, I am always open to change and learning new things to fit the needs of the family and children. That is my main priority.
