About Tara

Hi! I am a positive, enthusiastic teacher who's excited to work with you and your child this summer. As an elementary school teacher throughout the school year, I know first hand the importance of engaging in some academic work during the summer to prevent the "summer slide". I also know how vital it is to make sure this work is fun and engaging in order to foster a positive relationship with learning, especially during the summer months. I graduated summa cum laude from The College of New Jersey, earning my Masters Degree. While in college, I majored in Special Education, Elementary Education and Psychology. Post-graduation, I have worked as a 5th grade teacher in one of the top five school districts in the state of New Jersey. I am excited to work with your child to make learning fun this summer, especially with the unique way we ended our most recent school year.
