About Tara

Hi! My name is Tara and I am looking for part time work for now! I've always had a love for working with children and began my career in childcare at 14 by doing different babysitting jobs and volunteering at Denver Health for there Newborns in Need program , through these experience my passion grew. After high school I continued to pursue my goals by moving to remote Fiji to work with local children mainly under the age of 5, During this time I worked alongside other volunteers to run a early childhood center that served multiple villages in the area, I also participated in environmental and social development work. Once I completed my time at the school I returned to Colorado and began nannying. I spent a year being a full time nanny to a baby. Currently I am a lead infant daycare teacher with full PDIS training, CPR and First aid. I have cared for children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Besides nannying I am a avid cat lover (and dog), I' a Colorado native and grew up hiking.
