I have had the pleasure and honor of having Tati watch my children at different points in the life of our family. She was excellent in helping me with my newborn as I went back to work, showing incredible patience and resilience when my baby didn't properly take a bottle. She stayed with us despite the challenging start and was consistently punctual, loving, and playful with my two children. She was always very respectful of our parenting and the rules of our home. Yet, she would also ask us about emergency exit plans and made us better for her consideration. Eventually, my kiddos started school and we would have her as our date night or occasional sitter, which was always viewed as a great treat. We would find her teaching them Spanish, playing games, or doing art. As a working mom, Tati gave me peace of mind knowing my kids were in loving and responsible hands. We still miss and think of her. You would be lucky to have her as part of your family too.
