About Tawney

Hi family! I'm a nanny and doula looking for a job ideally with my daughter in tow but that isn't a dealbreaker! She is 4 and has come along to my last two positions, which has been a wonderful addition to my families/nanny kid in the form of a built in best friend! I love to get outside daily on adventures, whether the park/zoo/museum etc! I'd describe my personality as cheerful, easy going, nurturing I like working with kids because I just love supporting the process of them becoming their own little individual selves :) I am looking for bosses who are strong and direct communicators! I started working with kids when I was 18, so a decade ago In my spare time I like to read, write poetry, sing, cook, go on nature walks/hike, go to the ballet/opera, spend time with my daughter on local outings! One thing you should know about me is that I am an excellent communicator and appreciate when my bosses trust me in making decisions in regards to outings and the flow of our day.
