About Teresa

Raised my own son who is now 28 years old, as well as a niece and nephew for 5 adolescent years. While attending university I worked as a behavioral health professional, mainly with children on the spectrum. This entailed a state certification, continual certification in CPR, professional first aide, and Mandt. I worked with ages from 3 years old to 15 years old. I worked on skills such as age appropriate communication, critical thinking, impulse control, behavior modification, emotionally identification and appropriate expression, and relationship building skills. My degree is in psychology, as well as a minor in counseling, substance use rehabilitation and a certificate in case management. I started my graduate degree in adult education but have taken some time off due to family situation at the moment.
