We hired Terricka to care for our special needs son. We were set to start today and she never showed up. We reached out to her a few days ago to confirm final details and she simply ghosted us. If she changed her mind that’s okay but it would have been nice to tell us so that we could have considered other applicants. This in my opinion was very unprofessional and I would not consider hiring her in the future.
