Tessa has provided exceptional care to our infant daughter and made my transition back to work manageable with the amazing help to our household and baby. It is so comforting to know our child is in such capable and caring hands. Tessa is a "baby whisperer" and has taught us a lot about caring for our baby as new parents. She is a truly lovely person who really connects with our daughter and treats her so tenderly and with respect and great affection as if she were her own. She is also very hard-working, dependable, and flexible, and spends her time either fully engaged with our baby through reading, playing different kinds of music, tummy time, or other play, or helping with important household tasks that have made all the difference in keeping our household running. We don't know what we'd do without her! I can't recommend her highly enough.
