Hi I go by ratings with everything I do so I have to put a rating with caregivers that we've hired. My dad absolutely loves Thersa and she did a wonderful job with him!! She's also very good with housekeeping! The reason I don't give her a five-star is she kept insisting she gets paid in cash, and then she said she doesn't want large bills she needs smaller bills. She kept insisting not to report the income and then she said she didn't want so much housekeeping as part of the job. I increased her rate from 18 an hour when we started to 20 an hour a week later because I knew that housekeeping would be a large component. She later told me that the last place she worked they had to call 911 because of her health issues so that really scared us. She ultimately said she can't work for us anymore and we've moved on to a new caregiver as well. I would say if you have a loved one that you need direct care for she would be good for that. She can't stay on her legs too long because she gets tired. She is very reliable and has never been late. I did not call her references which I learned I must do moving forward. Other than that I would say check references for Theresa and anyone else you hire!
