About Theresa

I have 35 years experience with childcare. I have my CDA in Early Childhood Development. I am currently a personal nanny for a toddler and have worked with 4 families in the past 6yrs. I worked with the Army childcare program for offsite and after hours care with over 10, 000 in three years, I ran my own personal home daycare on various military bases for 15 years with over 1000 children with an average of 6 children at a time mostly 2 infants and 4 toddlers. I enjoy children of all ages and specialized in infant care, sleep training, early Childhood Development, learning through play and real life experiences and am known as a potty training expert where I usually start at around 8 months with elimination communication. I enjoy cooking, playing with the children and making each day a learning opportunity. I also include light house keeping in children's area to maintain a clean environment on a daily basis. I focus on teaching respect and responsibility through example for children.
