About Theresa

Hello! My name is Theresa! I started babysitting as a teenager. When I graduated high school I started working in a daycare and worked primarily with toddlers and preschoolers. I moved out here to Arizona when I was 18 and began working at another daycare. I worked there for 4 years primarily with preschoolers but I also have worked with children ages 1-5. While working at the daycare I was in school to get my early childhood education degree. Once I had that I began teaching first grade and taught for 3 years. Then I became certified to teach k-8th grade and switched to 4th grade. I'm finishing up my second year of teaching 4th grade. I love seeing children experience the joys of the world and exploring everything around them! I like working with kids because watching them grow and learn is awesome wonderful thing to witness. In my spare time, I like doing things that engage my mind like reading, video games, board games, and spending time with the people that are important to me.
