About Theresa

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, friendly and motivated! I like caring for seniors because I enjoy helping individuals participate in activities of daily living while improving quality of life. I'm looking for a job that enables me to help seniors participate in ADLs, exercise, and housekeeping activities. I have extensive experience as an occupational therapist providing assistance with all activities. I started caring for seniors when I began my career as an occupational therapist 20+ years ago. I am looking to branch out on my own and provide caregiving services to seniors within their home. In my spare time, I like to to read, craft, spend time with my children, and taking walks. One thing you should know about me is that I am very passionate about helping seniors As an occupational therapist I value improving a patients quality of life. My skills include providing assistance to seniors in performing ADLs, exercise programs, and providing daily companionship.
