About Tia

I worked as a nanny for several families with multiple children while earning my undergraduate degree. I was responsible for child-watch, developing routines, baby led weaning, scheduling activities and appointments, providing transportation and supervision to activities and appointments, child-related cleaning, etc. Once I earned my bachelors degree, I began working as a NICU nurse in a Level 4 NICU caring for the smallest and sickest of babies. I have experience working with children with a variety of special needs and medical equipment. Finally, I earned my masters in nursing and now I am a SAHM to my 4-month-old little boy, looking to add another baby of similar age to the mix. I love to find creative methods of play for all ages and stages. I am well versed in baby led weaning, baby physical therapy and exercise, sleep training, schedule/habit forming, and I utilize Montessori-based play and learning techniques.
