About Tiara

I volunteered in nursing homes all throughout college and again when a relative lived in one before she passed. I am also a medical assistant so I can do more than companion care and running errands. I worked as a Direct Support Specialist at a home for all ages of the developmentally disabled. I helped with all ADLs from bathing and dressing to changing and feeding. Part of the job was also positioning, transferring and helping with mobility. Many of the residents had other conditions so I also have experience with medicine management and assisting with feedings. My availability during the week starts at 6:30 p.m. and is open on Sundays. I do speak Spanish. I'm no longer fluent but I can communicate pretty easily.
