Tiara watched our 8 week old daughter overnight and did an excellent job. She has a calm and quiet demeanor, but still exuded enthusiasm in caring for our infant. She arrived early, which I always appreciate. She is a good listener in terms of remembering and following instructions, and she responded quickly to baby's needs. I was able to get a good night's sleep, and I highly recommend her.
