Tiara was referred to me by a friend. My first impression of Tiara was the three P's; POISED, PUNCTUAL, and POLITE!!! I sat an interviewed with her (which was more like a conversation) she was personable and educated, I saw the ambition and determination in her eyes I fall in LOVE with her and just HAD TO HIRE HER!!
