Though I am taking this school year off to be at home with my now family of three, I am passionate about teaching math. I have years of experience teaching math in most grade levels and college-level. I cover topics such as: Rational Numbers Proportional Relationships Proportionality to Percent Proportionality to Geometry Proportionality to Probability Multiple Representations of Linear Relationships Equations and Inequalities Geometry Algebra Statistics and Sampling I have my own materials and resources to further enrich our lessons. We hired Tiffany to tutor our 3rd grader in math. She has a sweet and gentle manner about her that made our daughter feel comfortable with her. In fact, our daughter described her first visit with Tiffany as "very great." If that's not a good review, then nothing is. :) I found Tiffany to be punctual, prepared, and easy to communicate with. Because she is a trained teacher, she is familiar with the current curriculum and could teach and explain those techniques (which are very different from how I learned math). I expect that we'll continue to work with Tiffany for the foreseeable future, and I highly recommend her to others.
