Provide a range of services from companionship, assist with daily activities, transportation to appointments, meal prep and medication management. I also provide Nanny services utilizing my child care skills. Experienced as a preschool teacher and Youth Director. I am CPR and First Aid trained. Comfortable around pets and pet care. Non-smoker, Fully COVID vaccinated. Can provide transportation for doctor appointments or running errands and fun activities.

Tracey saved us! She worked with our father for a week prior to his transition to assisted living. Her advice on how to take care of him and attentiveness to detail were priceless.
