I first started care giving for the elderly when I was a teenager, helping my stepfather through a very difficult heart transplant, before, during & after. After that I went on to get my CNA & medical. office certified. I have learned from my experience that this type of work is not for just anyone; I believe you must be genuinely compassionate, understanding and patient to care for any person, young or elderly--I am this type of person. It is a job, yes, but I care for and treat the patients and their families like they are my own family, as this is usually a very difficult time for the the loved ones. I can assure you that I will treat your loved one with kindness and love to try and make this difficult time a bit less difficult.

Traci spent the past 2 or 3 years providing in-home care for my brother who was in his early 80's. She was responsible with all elements of personal care primarily assuring for my brothers comfort and well-being. Traci prepared meals, handled all medications, took care of personal care (bathing, grooming, feeding, etc.), ran errands, provided for emergency health care (such as getting to hospital, doctor visits, etc.) There is absolutely nothing that Traci was asked to do that she could not do. She has been a gem From the very first day of employment, Traci displayed initiative, self confidence, reliability, and a special gift of making my brother always feel comfortable and cared for. Traci is very trustworthy and she is a very caring professional. She has become a member of our family, not just a care-giver. I have employed numerous care-givers and without a doubt, Traci is the shining star. Do not have any doubts of hiring Traci; she would never be a disappointment.
