About Tracy

I have done private tutoring since 2020 for elementary school students in both small groups and one-on-one. I primarily tutor reading, writing, grammar, and social studies. I am able to assist with math and science homework for elementary students. Currently I am an in-classroom tutor for a kindergarten class at a NYC public school, helping students to learn their letters and letter sounds, and how to read. Prior to being a paid tutor, I volunteered for 3 years at a public library where I partnered with an elementary school student and read with them, asking them reading comprehension questions along the way. I received high scores on the ACT, and AP English, history, and government exams, so I am able to assist with test prep as well.
