For the past year, I have been teaching English in Spain at an elementary school. If my students had to describe me in three words, they would probably have said creative, quick-witted and fun. Alongside Spanish, I speak Portuguese, as my family is Brazilian, and I am learning Arabic. I bring four years of mentoring and curriculum-building experience from working as a co-coordinator for an after school program at a local middle school during college. Considering this, I am comfortable with not only taking care of children but also planning lessons and tutoring. Even though most of my experience is with an older age range, I hope to match the energy of any child I work with to create a fun and inviting environment!
