I'm a nurturing individual with three years of experience as a childcare provider. I'm passionate about supporting families and ensuring children's well-being. I would describe myself as a responsible fast learner with elite problem solving skills. Throughout the years I have discovered the joy of positively impacting young lives. I thrive in environments that allow me to be patient, creative, and friendly. My approach to caregiving involves open and consistent communication with parents. I believe in fostering a collaborative partnership with families to provide the best possible care for their children. I am open to getting to know the children and tailoring my approach towards their needs and personality, very aware no two children are the same. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and I am very good at the maths and sciences for children in school. My idea of fun includes a mix of outdoor sports, board games and educational activities that stimulate young minds.
