About Valerie

I've always had a passion for nurturing children's growth and development, and I've turned this passion into 25 years of being a preschool teachers aide and daycare provider. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, allows me to connect with children on a personal level. I'm comfortable caring for three children between the ages of four and 11. I love playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games and educational games. When it comes to communication, I prefer to use the method preferred by the parents, whether it be verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring the children's safety and well-being. I have some college education and in the past have completed CPR training and First Aid. I have my own car and am comfortable with pets.
