Hi there! I am currently in a doctoral student at the California School of Professional Psychology studying Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Family/Child and Couples. I also work at a group practice providing mental health services. As I build my caseload, I'm looking for part-time work. Therefore, I am available some weekdays from 8:30-3:30 p.m. , but there is lots of flexibility in my schedule at the moment. I'm really passionate about working with children and making a difference in their lives. I have had paid experience since I was 13 years old. I have experience working with children of all ages, from babies to teenagers. I want to be someone your family can rely on and be a support system. We absolutely adore Valerie! She does a great job with our 9 month old daughter. She is able to calm her down, but also play with her and keep her engaged. My daughter lights up whenever Valerie comes over. When I return home from work, she is willing and able to give me full report on the day (which, as a first time mom, is so important to me). She has also provided care for our nephew and niece (ages 6 and 3) and they love her too.
