I cared for my husband who had three strokes from 9/11. he is a retired detective sergeant NYPD. I cooked for him moved him from bed to chair. I walked with him and picked up his medications and put them in his daily pill case I took him to his doctors appointments. I helped a couple of seniors here in my area. I walked with them cooked and helped with their medications and doctor visits. I straightened things out for them in the house. We loved to talk as well. I took care of someone with dementia early staged.
