I'm certified in Adult& infant CPR first aid and AED as well as a newborn care specialist. I've been nanny for the past 4 years children of all ages. I have reliable transportation as-well as a clean driving record. I'm Covid vaccinated and have experience working for a family of two boys one which has high functioning autism so my patience is always at a all time high so no kiddo is too much for me. I met Verity "V" for an in-person interview, which I thought went great. We were then going to follow up and when I did, we had a great conversation and she was supposed to get back to me about helping me out later that same day. I never heard from her. I followed up to make sure she was ok and still never heard a thing. It is totally ok to change your mind about wanting to work with someone. It is NOT ok and very unprofessional to not respond to at least acknowledge what had been previously discussed. I found this very rude and disappointing. I did not get to work with her but it's probably for the best and no, I wouldn't hire her now.
