About Victor

I'd describe my personality as creative, patient, and reliable. I like tutoring because it gives me the opportunity to inspire youth to see their community and the world around them in a positive way. I'm looking for a job that allows me to engage with youth and facilitate learning in new, engaging ways. I started tutoring back when I was in college. I taught as a public school teacher from 2015 up until 2024, beginning my as an English teacher, and then transitioning into special education, which I have taught for the last 6 years. I am now hoping to get back into tutoring. In my spare time, I like to play strategy card games, chess, and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is that I am consistent and transparent when it comes to your child's learning. My skills include Reading engagement, Writing, and Vocabulary building skills.
