Vicki was very attentive and kind to my 96-year old family member. She provided excellent care and we loved her! She was great at communicating with us on any changes in schedules or health status of my family member. I especially appreciated it when she reported observations and made helpful suggestions/recommendations. She handled several emergency situations we had very well. I found Vicki to be very responsible, reliable, and on time or early for her shift.
