I give my strongest recommendation for Willena. When I needed caregivers for my 87-year-old mother, I knew from the first day that Willena was different. At the time we met, I was using multiple caregivers for 24-hour care for my mother. On Willena's first day, she pointed out many, many different concerns that she had about my mother that none of the multiple caregivers that I had used had ever mentioned to me. She is very detail oriented, very caring, very considerate and respectful, very trustworthy, very clean and organized, very knowledgeable and has a huge heart. She and my mom developed a rapport very quickly, had nicknames for each other, and my mom laughed like I had not seen her laugh in a long time. My mom was wheelchair bound, had dementia, agitation, and other medical concerns that Willena was more than capable of handling. If you are looking for a caregiver that goes the extra mile and that gives you peace of mind when you cannot be there, Willena is your person!!!
