Winter has done amazing job babysitting are 2 boys 18 and 6 month old. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking. She also doesn't mind that we have dog in the house either. She's very respectful and my oldest instantly clicked with her which doesn't happen with anyone. 10/10 recommend for your baby sitting needs she's great
