I am a licensed Early Childhood Educator (ECE) through the state of Colorado and I have spent two years working for an ECE outdoor based nature school. I have taught preschool age students (3-5) and as a kindergarten teacher (4-6). I also have spent the last year nannying for a family starting with a baby 4months old. I love working with babies and early childhood age kiddos and I am hoping I can be the help and support that your family needs. My background is in outdoor based education, child led learning and creative free play. I also have my degree in environmental science and psychology and have always intermixed environmental ethics in all of my care and teaching.

We feel so fortunate to have had Xaelel care for our daughter from the time she was just 5 months old until she was a year and a half. Xaelel quickly became more than a caregiver—she was like family.
