Yenis was our nanny for just over a year when my boys were 1 and 4. Now almost 4 and 6 years old, they still consider her family. She taught them Spanish, kept them safe with the watchful eye of a parent (she has a son herself whom my kids adore) and showed wisdom beyond her years. She took the children to the park, sang and played with them, was always willing to be outdoors and cooked and helped tidy the house when the kids napped. We love Yenis and if the kids were not now in school, we'd want her back!
