About Yohana

As a caring and experienced childcare provider with 7 years of experience, I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. For the past 5 years I've been a full time registered behavioral therapist (RBT), due to this I've gained experience with mostly all ASD behaviors. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my ability to positively impact children's lives. My patient and calm demeanor, combined with my creativity and imagination, allows me to engage children in a variety of activities that foster their development and learning. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide written daily reports or updates via text or phone calls, depending on their preferred method of communication. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and routines as guided by the parents, ensuring consistency and structure for the children.
