Summer Semester (May-August) THERE IS NO CLASS JULY 4. The price is adjusted therefore no make-ups are needed. Students will exercise the imagination at the Art House. This class is designed to help our young artists learn and develop fine art skills that will also help them in writing and problem solving! Your child will be drawing, painting, and sculpting. Classes also expose them to art history. They are encouraged in their self expression while also learning to follow directions. Intended for both the native Spanish speakers and eager Spanish learners, Canta y Baila is enriching and fun! World Cuisines! - Week 6 SUMMER CAMP MENU A culinary adventure around the globe! This week explores international favorites, including Mexican dishes, Belgian waffles, French sauces and desserts, chicken kabobs, naan bread, and more. Perfect for curious cooks who love trying new flavors. (Note: The menu is subject to change based on ingredient availability.) ABOUT SUMMER CAMP: Whether your child likes to bake, create, roast, sauté, fry, or blend, we have a camp for all interests. Our camps are organized into 3 age groups, so all chefs team up with their peers. All chefs will get to taste everything that they cook. All recipes will be sent home for later preparation. A child may also pack up any uneaten tastings to share at home. This is a hands-on cooking camp. Cantabile Choir members focus on learning to sing as an ensemble as we prepare music, including songs in foreign languages, to be performed at TCHA’s Choir Concert at the end of the semester (Tuesday, December 1st at 7pm). Cantabile may also perform at the Mall of America during the Christmas season (date TBD). They will sing music from different genres, singing unison, 2-part, and 3-part music. Cantabile is appropriate for boys with unchanged voices.
