At Singing Sensations Camp, we blend the magic of music with the fun of visual art. Campers will explore their favorite musicians, musicals, and kids’ movies, turning iconic songs and characters into vibrant works of art. Each day, campers dive into hands-on projects inspired by the sounds they love. Painting expressive portraits of favorite singers, designing posters for beloved musicals, creating art from popular kids’ movies, and crafting colorful music-themed masterpieces. Whether it’s Broadway show tunes, pop stars, or animated movie soundtracks, every project celebrates creativity and self-expression. This camp is perfect for young artists who light up when the music starts. All field trips are custom created to meet your group's specific needs and educational goals.

Each week, our littlest Broadway fans and caregivers are introduced to exciting new songs, characters, and stories as Broadway Musicals are brought to life by a team of professional teaching artists. Created by a professional performer turned early childhood development specialist, Broadway & Me's unique curriculum is both entertaining and developmentally appropriate. Each class incorporates activities that are designed to support your little one’s physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and language development.

Cantabile Choir members focus on learning to sing as an ensemble as we prepare music, including songs in foreign languages, to be performed at TCHA’s Choir Concert at the end of the semester (Friday, May 1st at 7pm). They will sing music from different genres, singing unison, 2-part, and 3-part music. Cantabile is appropriate for boys with unchanged voices.

In Baby & Toddler Music, children will delight in the sound of instruments, and “singing” through musical baby talk. They'll enjoy being sung to, experiencing new sounds and the anticipation of surprise! *Play Rules* - Arrive 5-10 minutes early for checking in. - 1 adult and 1 child for each class reservation. - Food & drinks are not allowed in class. - Adults are required to wear socks. - Children should go barefoot. - Only bring healthy children to class. *Note: Cancellation or reschedule must be made 24 hours before the start of the class to get a refund.

Alice is so excited to offer classes this Winter at We Rock the Spectrum! Music with Alice, a 40-45 minute family music class, welcomes babies, toddlers and preschoolers along with their parents, grandparents and caregivers to come together every week to sing together! These special classes will include an hour of gym time at We Rock the Spectrum (built in to the price of each class.) *Siblings under 1 years of age are free! Please just let me know you are bringing them! * **Babies under 1 that come alone MUST register.** ***WRTS gym members can request a code to deduct the cost of the open gym.*** These classes are highly engaging to all ages, as Alice teaches everyone finger play activities, hand movements, lap songs, call and response singing and a big jam at the end with shakers and kids instruments.* (*Participants are encouraged to bring their own instruments to class) Each class is full of music from the folk tradition that are so simple with lyrics and movements easy enough for both baby, toddler, and adult to learn. These classes have a flow that allows quiet soothing and also lots of movement and big fun! These classes encourage bonding and create special memories that will last forever after the class. We believe that all children should experience authentic music making which will increase the whole family’s musical confidence and give them a healthy relationship to music at an early age.

Set sail and dive into an ocean of adventure in this weeklong activity! Children will embark on a magical journey on an imaginary ocean, where they'll discover magical worlds, solve puzzles, and encounter fantastical creatures. This activity encourages creativity and teamwork, and is designed to inspire endless fun and imaginative play. Join us for a week of unforgettable memories! Full credits will be issued for anything with a 4 week notice and can be used for any future Rabbit Hole activity. After 4 weeks we are unable to credit. If your child is sick or you need to miss a day of camp we will have a camp bag ready for you at the studio. This bag will be filled with enchanted projects, art materials, audio and video links and anything your kiddo might be missing in class. In this six-week mixed-media series, young artists will explore the magic of Batik-inspired fabric art using a kid-friendly glue-resist technique. This is one of those processes that feels a little like science, a little like magic — and always results in wow moments. Each week, students will build skills step-by-step as they design, resist, dye, and reveal their own fabric creations. We’ll talk about pattern, color layering, and global art traditions while encouraging kids to follow their own ideas and artistic voice. The slow, intentional nature of Batik is such a beautiful contrast to our busy days — it teaches patience, problem-solving, and trust in the creative process. Throughout the session, artists will work on a variety of functional and display-worthy pieces, such as tea towels, tote bags, and small wall hangings, with optional holiday-inspired designs woven in (think snowflakes, stars, hearts, leaves, and festive patterns). Every piece will be completely unique — just like the artist who made it. This class is for families with children getting ready for preschool, looking for socialization and a longer more structured class. During this class we will come together for morning circle, creative activity, free play and neighborhood exploration. The morning will end with a closing circle.

Active imagination, Adventurers and Creative Explorers learn imaginative themes as they come to life when you and your child explore and adventure stories, movement, puppetry and songs. Our themes include Wild West, Outer Space, Jungles and so much more.

Children will begin to experiment with ways to play musical instruments, accompany a song with rhythm, and act out lyrics through movements using both gross motor and fine motor skills. Children know so much about music at this stage, and are at the beginning stages of being able to express themselves musically!

Discover melody, pitch and rhythm while building a repertoire of joyful songs. Music classes are suitable for babies, infants, toddlers and preschool age children.

We are excited to share the week being creative, building community and friendships. Drop off is from 9am-9:30 and pick up is anytime between 2:30-3:00pm. During our days at Hilltop Creative Camp we will start our mornings off with free play, morning greetings, snack and an indoor creative activity. Nature is a huge focus of Hilltop Creative. We will have outdoor time on a neighborhood hike and visit our local playgrounds Bernal Heights, Holly Park or St Mary's. Towards the end of the day we will be indoors and we will have an afternoon snack provided by Hilltop Creative for the campers.

Beginner Suzuki style violin group class for ages 5-8. We provide the instrument so you can learn about and play the violin! Miss Jessica is a professional cellist with 20 years of teaching experience. She is a Suzuki trained educator and professional musician!

Puppet shows are back! Join us once a month on this Saturday mornings as we take kiddos on a story-time adventure with puppet pals Sneaky Pete, Tom the Rat, Meowzers, plus some new special guests! There will also be theater and movement games, dancing, and singing. Caregiver is required to stay.
