Mid Pen Sports is a Non Profit that is partners with Hi-Five Sports to bring summer camp back to Sacred Heart. We are thrilled to present our 14th summer of sports camps in the San Francisco Bay Area in the beautiful Sacred Heart School LAX Field & Gym in Atherton! Our experienced, patient, and passionate coaching staff will divide the campers into balanced teams that will then learn about and compete in a wide variety of sports including: basketball, baseball, football, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, and more!! Coach Joe and Coach Kezia have put together the best all around staff to ensure your child has a coach to bond with. Coach Kezia, Coach Woo, Coach Tay, Coach Noam, Coach Effi and Coach Tevion have been around Hi-Five and will continue to teach your child through sportsmanship and laughter. Parents it's our goal to make sure your child is having a blast at summer camp. We have sport activities throughout the day, but we do have activities based on the age of your child. For the younger ones we have arts and crafts and down time, for the older ones we have competitions and challenges to make sure your child continues to push their skills and knowledge.

*HALF DAY OPTION - This gets your younger camper a nice taste of camp. They stay at camp from 9-12:30pm. You can pick up anytime before 12:30pm. Lunch time usually lasts until 12:30pm so please send them with a lunch. This is for the parents who are unsure if there child can make it a whole day, may your child still naps, or you just need to get some errands done in the morning. Free Play!

We’ll teach basic fundamentals of a wide variety of sports and then assist and supervise as our campers compete in an organized and safe setting!! The house will be rocking with music playing throughout the day and a level of energy that will only be outdone by the amount of FUN being had!! Best of all, the unpredictable weather will never be a factor because we have an awesome indoor space, covered in state-of-the-art field turf!!

LIMIT ONE "Prime Time*" Open Gym per week and Unlimited "regular" Open Gyms. Included with any enrollment. *Prime Time spots currently have to be limited to one per week to give everyone a chance to book. Introducing our FUNdamentals class, the perfect way to kickstart your child’s gymnastics journey! Designed specifically for preschoolers, this class fosters confidence, patience, control, and coordination, using fun, age-appropriate gymnastics equipment. Through engaging circuits and drills, your little ones will develop fine motor skills while discovering the excitement of being a budding gymnast! Here’s what our young athletes will work on: Strength & Flexibility: Building a strong foundation for gymnastics. Gymnastics Body Positions: Learning shapes and colors to help reinforce body awareness. Tumbl Trak: Practicing jumps, body control, proper landing, and beginner tumbling. Vault: Mastering running, jumping, and body positions on the springboard. Floor: Introduction to forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, and cartwheel basics. Bars: Focusing on grip strength, chin holds, L-holds, front supports, and more! Beam: Balance, walks, jumps, and beginner skills on the beam.
