Hello! My name is Alison Theiss. I am from Lake Placid, NY and have lived in Wilmington since 2015. In Lake Placid I had been a nanny for my boss and his family. I was a nanny for their 2-year-old and newborn, 2 little girls. I was there for just under a year, till their second girl was about a year old. My duties were basic of preparing some meals, playtime during the day, and being a mothers helper around the house. Since moving here I've had big things happen in my life. I got married in 2022 and now have a beautiful baby girl that was born Oct 11th, 2023. My experience in Wilmington includes being a nanny for two families. One was a part time for a little baby boy a couple of days a week. The other one, was for a family for 2 girls aged 8 and 3 now. This latest one I stayed with the family for 2 years was lucky enough to bring my baby girl with me once she was born. I am search of a new nanny job and hoping can find one that will allow me to bring my baby girl with me.

Alison has been babysitting for us for over 4 years. My kids adore her. They actually ask every weekend if she can come watch them. I have three small children that can be quite a handful to watch. At one point Alison was watching them at ages 3 months, 1.5 yrs and 3 yrs old! And she handled that with no problem at all. I never feel worried leaving my children with her. And I never feel guilty for going out without them because I know they are in good hands and going to have so much fun with Alison. I would recommend her to anyone looking for childcare.
