About Alyssa

I'm pursuing a career in Clinical Psychology and have years of experience working with children with special needs, specializing in autism. I was a teacher in an early intervention classroom, providing therapy to 6 toddlers with autism. In my previous job, I worked with toddlers-adolescents as well and did early intervention research for autism. I'm taking a gap year before I apply to Ph. D programs to continue my career of researching and working with children and adults with autism! I'm trained in autism-specific behavior management and have learned a lot about autism in the last 6 years, so I'm confident and well equipped to be a caregiver, nanny, babysitter, tutor, etc. I also have experience working with children and adolescents without autism- I worked in a preschool and have prior experience babysitting. My career centers around working with toddlers, children, and adolescents, and I would love to help out you and your family.
