It's not about me it's about what I do to care for your loved one. I'm going to be completely honest with you. This is something that I really LOVE to do. My son asked me mom are you ever going to retire and I said no I'm going to die doing what I do I LOVE caring for people and if I could do it for free, I'd like to get to know a lot about the people I take care of from the depression to family to what they like to eat and what they don't like , we talk religion and we talk politics(if they want) but we don't argue about it. I don't give somebody a shower the minute I walk in the door, I sit down and talk to them and get to know them , you have to be gentle. You're a stranger to them. They've never met you. Dawn took care of my mom during the end of her life and was very caring and compassionate with her! She is currently helping with the care of an elderly gentleman that I look after. Again she is caring, reliable and goes out of her way to keep him active and involved!
