About Elizabeth

I like caring for seniors because they tend to be old souls. I've also always related to people that are older than me. I feel like we have so much to learn from our seniors. We just have to slow down, sit quietly, and ask questions. I'm looking for a job that enriches me. When working in hospice, I provided care not just for the dying, but also to the living loved ones. I love working with people, especially seniors. Some of the best memories I cherish in hospice were just hearing people tell me about themselves. I was able to hear about history first-hand from people that experienced it. I also loved bringing smiles to people's faces. You get what you give. My quest in life is to make every day better than the last. I will never stop striving for better because I learn new things about myself and the world every day. I want to do better - to be better - every day of my life. Ideally, I can help others do the same. It's the greatest win when it's a symbiotic relationship.
