About Erica

Hi there! My name is Erica and I'm thrilled you came across my bio! I grew up in Burlington and still currently live in the city with my partner and our lab Zuri. After graduating from UVM with a degree in human development and family studies as well as behavioral change health studies, I began teaching in early childhood education where I found my passion for teaching our littlest humans. For over six years I have worked with children as young as six weeks and through young toddlerhood in a group care setting. I truly believe in the capabilities of our youngest children! I'm passionate about engaging in our community and with the outdoors to spark learning and connection. In my free time you can find me hiking with my pup, paddle boarding, practicing yoga or finding hidden gems at the local thrift stores. I'm really looking forward to offering quality care for families where each child is honored for who they are and their strengths in a nurturing and enriching environment.
